Peruvian Shakespeare
ARI#: 828933
Birth Date: 6/5/2001
ARI Color: Medium Brown
Sire: 6Peruvian Libby, ARI#166760
Dam: 6Peruvian Silver King, ARI# 808107
We went looking for the perfect male to add luster, lock, density, coverage and strong conformation to our breeding program with the hope that we could also add some color to our herd. Lo and behold, we have found him. Shakespeare is an exceptional suri male, beautiful to look at and wonderful to touch. Fine, soft fiber that glistens even in the shadows in the deepest, darkest shade of maroon you can find anywhere, all on top of a strong, upright suri body. But that's just the begining of the story. It's one thing to be a beautiful, colorful suri. It's another to produce them. He now has dozens of suri offspring in every color - from silver grey to true black, with all the fawns, browns and high quality whites as well.
Please visit www.peruvianshakespeare.com to see what Shakespeare has done for many breeding programs and what he can do for yours!
Shakespeare is co-owned with Shay Alpacas in Minnesota, Schroeder's Suri Sensation in Wisconsin and Pleasant View Acres in Wisconsin. He will be standing stud here in Michigan from October til May.

Bet On Black
ARI#: 30011684
Birth Date: 9/8/2005
ARI Color: True Black
Sire: WWR Prince Greystone, ARI# 837014
Dam: DDF Sophia, ARI # 801488
We found this guy quite by accident, but when we saw the pedigree we could not pass him up. We are very familiar with his dam, DDF Sophia. She and Macgyver are the only offspring left of the great Augustina who was considered to be one of the finest colored suris to enter the United States. Sophia’s sire is the famous accoyo Inca. Sophia is a prized treasure at Wings and a Prayer and no one needs to give any explanation on the value of her brother, Macgyver. Black’s sire, Prince Greystone, is a magnificent Condor son who captured color championship’s in every major show in 2004. Greystone is a beautiful, consistent rose grey male who produces spectacular cria.
We just could not believe the genetic package in this male and we are sure it could never be reproduced. Bet on Black himself is a beautiful true black suri with very fine, soft fiber with high luster and tight locks. He has perfect conformation and a typey suri head. Now that he is almost two years old we are seeing silver gray in his face and on his ears. No matter what color he is, though, the genetics are in there for incredible suri offspring in black, grey, rose grey, maroon.
Bet on Black is going to take our colored suri breeding program to the next level, and he can take yours as well. Limited outside breedings are available right now.

Jamaya River
ARI#: 1096545
Birth Date: 6/24/2004
ARI Color: Medium Fawn
Sire: Peruvian Accoyo Diamond River ARI# 818254
Dam: Joy ARI# 176522
Jamaya is the only male offspring of our beloved Joy and the only male she and Diamond River produced. We think there’s a reason for that! Jamaya is truly amazing and seems to embody the best attributes of both parents. Diamond River is one of our favorite males, not only because of his external beauty, but also because of his calm, quiet disposition. He is always a pleasure to work with. Jamaya exhibits his sire’s high luster, tightly locked fleece in a lovely caramel color with the ability to grow it everywhere and in huge amounts. Blanket weight from one year of growth is almost 7
pounds and his prime quality neck fiber adds another 3 pounds. Joy’s grey coloring show up on her son’s face, feet and ears as well and, along with his black pigmentation, promise us those colored accoyo type offspring that we strive to produce here at Sahalie. With both his dam and sire well proven and producing 100% suri offspring, we feel that Jamaya will bring everything we are asking for in a Cornerstone Stud for our breeding program. Jamaya is now breeding and outside breedings are being offered at an introductory rate.

Sahalie Triple Threat
ARI#: 30650213
Birth Date: 7/21/2006
ARI Color: Dark Brown
Sire: Snowmass Wild Fire ARI# 830221
Dam: Desteny ARI# 825492
ACCOYO URIBE. ACCOYO BARON. ACCOYO BRUXO. Three of the top accoyo names in this country and certainly the big three in terms of impact on the suri industry – all combined in this dynamite male. Everything you want in a suri alpaca is here. Triple Threat truly brings it all together for a colored breeding program with accoyo quality. His conformation and stature and his typey suri head create the desired frame for the high luster, tighly locked suri fiber that covers him completely. The outcross with Bolivian lines has been proven time and again to produce vigorous, healthy alpacas and he has been a prime example of that. His dam has always produced the exact color of the sire she was bred to so we know Triple Threat carries color genetics from both sides of his pedigree. We are placing him as one of our four Cornerstone Studs in the Sahalie breeding program, but we would like to sell partial interests to utilize his genetics more fully.
